About Us
Terry Manson started out contracting in 1970 as a Floor Covering
Contractor. Soon, he was working for some of Fresno's finest builders.
He has contracted for Sears, Wards, Penneys, Brueners and many more quality stores. As time went by, he branched out into the General Contracting field.
Then, in 1983, he opened up Manson's Air Conditioning. Terry is very qualified to sell, design, install and maintain numerous types of jobs ranging from Flooring to Rooftop Air Conditioners.
